Details

Host:

This year's event will be hosted by the Environmental Earth and Science Department in the School of Liberal Arts & Sciences at Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic, CT.  A light breakfast will be provided by our GIS Day hosts. Lunch is on your own. There are options both on and off campus.

Posters:

We need your posters! We will be hanging posters in the J. Eugene Smith Library and uploading digital poster submissions to the CT User to User website this year.  If you would like to submit a poster please email Steve Birney (sbirney@norwalkct.org) your digital submission. Posters that will be on display will be mounted on cork boards and can be no bigger than 48”x72”.  We will have thumb tacks to mount them so there is no need to mount them on foam core.     Please email Steve or anyone on the CT GIS User to User group steering committee, to coordinate the drop-off of a poster.

Presenters:

We are looking for presenters to share their great GIS knowledge!  If you would like to present please email Steve Birney (sbirney@norwalkct.org) or any other member of the steering committee (http://ctgis.uconn.edu/about/steering.htm).

Information will be posted here on the CT GIS User Network page and will be updated as we get more information on presentations, and other need to knows prior to the event.

Vendors:

We will have an area for vendor displays.  If your organization is interested in having a table display please contact Marwin Gonzalez (marwin@ne-geo.com) to register.
