Save the Date- GIS Day- November 14th

Save the Date! Wednesday, November 14 is GIS Day, here in Connecticut and across the globe. This year, the CT GIS Network will be holding our annual event at the Hartford Public Library. The event is free and open to the public and will begin at 10 AM and run until 3:30 PM, followed by Mappy Hour at the Arch Street Tavern. The planning committee is working hard to round out the agenda, which will be shared in full on the CT GIS Network website and here on the listserv, so keep your eyes out for that. The day will include a plenary session, a hands-on Esri workshop, concurrent presentations, posters session (displayed all day) and of course, GIS Day cake.

PLEASE REGISTER! Please, please RSVP to let us know you are planning on attending. Registration for the Esri workshop will be required and distributed at a later date. If you are interested in presenting a poster at GIS Day, please indicate that in your RSVP registration. If you are a vendor and would like to help us out with morning refreshments, we would be grateful and will provide a big shout out during the event. Please contact me with any questions.

Thanks! We look forward to seeing you in November.
